The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has released the service schedules for public transport, customer service centres, and parking facilities during the Eid Al Adha holiday for the year 1446H (2025).
Customer Service and Testing Centres
All RTA Customer Happiness Centres will remain closed for the duration of the Eid break. However, Smart Customer Happiness Centres located in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, and at the RTA Head Office will continue to operate 24/7.
Service provider centres will be closed from June 5 to June 7, while technical vehicle testing services will resume partially on Sunday, June 8 at the following locations:
Tasjeel Al Tawar
AutoPro Al Mankhool
Tasjeel Al Awir
Al Yalayis
Shamil Muhaisnah
Full operations across all service and testing centres will resume on Monday, June 9, under normal working hours.
Public Transport Operating Hours
Dubai Metro (Red and Green Lines):
Operating from Wednesday, June 4 to Saturday, June 7
Daily service from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM (next day)
Dubai Tram:
Operating from Wednesday, June 4 to Saturday, June 7
Daily service from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM (next day)
Passengers are advised to consult the S’hail app for any real-time updates or changes to service schedules during the holiday.
Intercity Bus Services
Service Suspension:
Route E100 from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station to Abu Dhabi will be suspended from June 4 to 8.
Alternative Services:
Passengers traveling to Abu Dhabi can use Route E101 from Ibn Battuta Bus Station.
Route E102 will operate directly from Al Jafiliya Bus Station to Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi, bypassing Ibn Battuta and Musaffah.
Marine Transport

Public Parking
Public parking will be free of charge from June 5 to 8, excluding multi-level parking terminals, which will continue to charge standard fees.
