Residents and visitors should be aware that several public offices, including all immigration offices, will be closed on Monday, June 2, and Tuesday, June 3, due to upcoming public holidays.
Tuesday, June 3 marks the birthday of Her Majesty the Queen, a national holiday observed throughout the country. In addition, Monday, June 2 has been designated as a one-time “bridge holiday” to extend the holiday period and allow for a longer weekend of celebration.
As a result, most state services will be unavailable on these dates. Normal operations, including immigration office services, will resume on Wednesday, June 4, starting at 8:30 a.m.
Members of the public are advised to plan accordingly and complete any necessary government-related business before or after the holidays.
