Free Parking in Dubai for Eid Al Adha Holidays

by Bella

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) along with Parkin, the company overseeing paid parking across several areas of Dubai, announced free public parking throughout the emirate in celebration of Eid Al Adha.

From June 5 until June 8, parking will be free of charge in regular parking areas across Dubai. However, this exemption does not extend to multi-level parking terminals, where regular fees will still apply. Parkin-managed parking slots will also be available free of charge during this period.

Regular parking tariffs will resume starting June 9.

Similarly, Sharjah Municipality has confirmed that parking will be free for residents from Friday, June 6 through Sunday, June 8.

In Abu Dhabi, parking fees will be waived from Thursday until Sunday in observance of the holiday, with standard charges reinstated on Monday.

This coordinated move across the UAE’s major emirates aims to facilitate ease of mobility and provide convenience to residents and visitors during the festive period.
