The hospital’s critical departments, including emergency, medical, surgical, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, ENT, pediatrics, gynaecology and obstetrics, ophthalmology, pulmonology, neurology, and gastroenterology, operated without disruption.

In addition to routine care, 130 surgeries of various complexities were successfully completed. Among the most notable services was the gynaecology and obstetrics department, which recorded 174 childbirths during the Eid festivities.

To ensure smooth operations, Dean and CEO Professor Dr. Saqib Malik and Hospital Director Dr. Dawood Iqbal personally visited the emergency department. They were joined by Deputy Director and Emergency In-Charge Dr. Junaid Sarwar Malik, Emergency Nursing Head Bibi Taj, and their dedicated team, who worked tirelessly to provide round-the-clock care.

The hospital’s administration ensured that critical units and wards remained operational by assigning duties to doctors, nurses, paramedics, and support staff across all departments. The commitment and dedication of the frontline medical team were widely praised for their efforts in maintaining high-quality healthcare during the festive period.
